Terms
This page describes what the program does. It was written based on the code, not by a lawyer. If anything is unclear, write to support@moldaid.app.
What you pay for
The analysis is free. You pay when you download the mold files — and only then. If your part cannot be used for a mold, you get the explanation for free.
What MoldAid is — and is not
MoldAid runs calculations on your part and builds a mold from it. The numbers are measured on your geometry, not looked up in a table, and each verdict shows the number it rests on.
But a program cannot see your machine. You are the mold maker. Read the warnings before you print, and check the result against what you know about your own equipment and material. We cannot take responsibility for a mold we have not held in our hands.
Your files
What you upload is yours. We use it to build your mold and nothing else. Parts and mold files are automatically deleted after 30 days.
Limits
There is a limit on how many parts one account can have in the machine at once, and how many can be uploaded per hour. This keeps one customer from tying up the machine for everyone else.
